Note: Due to our move from overseas back to the States this summer I am a bit behind in Project Life. From now until the end of the year I will be playing "catch up" by posting two or more layouts in one post each week. You can expect to see the most current week as well as a week that I am behind on. Enjoy!
Well, I was having printer issues...AGAIN! So I went back to digital layouts this week. My Epson R1900 has been very moody since I got her back from the repair shop. They told me it was only clogged nozzles, but I think it's a little bit more than that. Enough about my technical issues. Here is Week 41–my current week:
This week I used digital products from the Seafoam Core Edition of Project Life and the Midnight Edition, too. I used Becky's digital templates in Designs A & J .The background papers are my own design. You can purchase them here.
You know, I have to say that I am really lovin' creating digital Project Life layouts. Fast, easy, DONE! I had a great week–got my haircut for the first time being back in the States (finding a stylist in when you are new in town is such a chore!). I saw my first full rainbow ever and I made spaghetti squash for lunch one day!
I also visited my niece and the love of her life, Brian. They had an Oktoberfest party at their place. The journal card is from the Seafoam Edition. I changed the color on the label from khaki to teal.
We also took a trip to Busch Gardens. It's about an hour drive from where we live. The yellow paper is from the Seafoam Paper Collection and was originally light blue. Once I print this out, I will adhere the tickets to this area. Speaking of printing, I am still trying to figure out how I will add this particular insert into my album. It measures 7x12 and will not fit into the 6x12 protector. Think, think, think...
The "in the moment" journal card is from the Midnight Edition. I changed the color from black to yellow. That's the advantage of having the digital versions of these kits! You can change the colors to fit your needs!
My Project Life pages are also being linked up at TheMomCreative. Jessica Turner, owner, has graciously provided a place for Project Life enthusiasts to link and share their pages. Check out her blog for some great inspiration! In addition, I'm sharing my layouts over at Simple As That and Snap Creativity. Thank you to Rebecca & Tauni for providing space on your blogs to allow to share their creativity and passion for Project Life as well!
Have a great week!
